Returned Recreation Use Fee Collections - Suspense 1 February 2005
ERDC has developed a data entry system for meeting the report requirement. You may use the links below to access the input/submission screen, as well as the district/summary screens. The data fields are self explanatory for the most part. The following comments provide some additional explanation.

1) For the "Notes" field on the submission page, please enter a description of the work accomplished and where it was accomplished, i.e. "Damsite Park - Installed 30 amp electrical hookups at 15 campsites."

2) For the dollar value of the partner's contributions, please input the value in dollars, i.e. not in hundreds or thousands. This information was not specifically requested in the memorandum, so if it is not readily available or easy to estimate, you may leave the field blank.

3) Only those projects which received $2000 or more in returned collections are included in the pick list on the submission page. The report requirement does not apply to projects which received less than $2000.

The suspense for report submittal is extended to 1 February 2005.
