OMB Approved Surveys Annual Report - Suspense 1 November 2004
In accordance with paragraph 4 of the OMB approval transmittal memorandum (http://www.iwr.usace.army.mil/iwr/omb/pdf/TRANS2003Final.pdf) an annual report of public surveys conducted in accordance with current OMB approval authority must be submitted to HQUSACE by 1 November of each year. A description of the information to be submitted is provided in the referenced memorandum.

Please provide MSC consolidated reports to CECW-CO, by 1 November 2004. Negative reports are required if no surveys were conducted during FY 04, and if none are planned for FY 05.
