Request For Field Review- Draft EC 1130-2-540 Evaluating Request For Development Or Use Of Corps Land and Water Resources - Suspense 23 October 2004
A task force of Corps recreation, natural resource, and real estate professionals from across the Country did an outstanding job of developing the Draft EC and evaluation process! I want to take this opportunity to thank Michael Hosey (CESSAW-OP-O), Robert Marchi (CENWK-OF-HT), Nicki Perry (CESAD-MT-R), Joe Sigrest (retired), Maurice Simpson (CELRN-CO-T) and Don Wiese (CESWF-OD-R) for all of your hard work and time. I'm very proud and appreciative of the work you have done. The Corps is truly blessed with dedicated and talented people.

Unless you object or there is a conflict with Division/District protocol, review comments can be directly E-Mailed back to me. Based on the review comments we will modify the EC accordingly. CECW-OC is targeting final release of the EC in late November/early December of 2004.
