Programmatic Review Plans for routine O&M
Attached is the 28 July 2025 programmatic review plan for routine OM Work Products.

Thank you for the input and review comments. This version replaces the 20 August 2022 memorandum and was most recently reviewed to ensure continued compliance with the CW review policy (ER 1165-2-217).

PURPOSE: Provide guidance to streamline documentation review requirements for routine O&M work products at existing CW projects.

Notable updates include:

• Updates to review entities, in coordination with the affected HQ BLMs and SMEs
• Further emphasis that anything requiring ATR, IEPR, or SAR requires an individual review plan. This has always been the case – no change – just applying further emphasis to help ensure appropriate use of this programmatic RP, and reduce any confusion

Care must be taken to ensure it is only applied within the intended scope, and when required, separate project-specific individual RPs developed. Use beyond what is intended should trigger a Review Management Office (RMO) or Major Subordinate Command (MSC) audit.
