List of things that can be done to encourage concessionaires and outgrantees to promote water safety
During the Water Safety Forum with Commanders that was conducted by Major General Jason Kelly, Deputy Commanding General for Civil Works and Emergency Operations, on 09 May 2025, part of the discussion was on how could we work with our Real Estate Offices to provide water safety information and resources to concessionaires and outgrantees. Something that was mentioned during that discussion was there is a need for a list of things that can be done to give staff ideas and possibly create it into some kind of checklist if they would like to do that.

To put those words into action the National Water Safety Program created a list of things that can be done to encourage concessionaires and outgrantees to promote water safety. The list is attached. Please share it with anyone that you feel will benefit from it including your staff, co-workers, and Real Estate Offices. This list will also be placed on the NRM Gateway in the water safety section under Good Enough to Share.
