Environmental Compliance Career Assignment Program (ECCAP) 2025 Selection
I'm pleased to announce that Mr. John Drossart of the Louisville District and Ms. Justyss Watson of the Fort Worth District have been selected for the Environmental Compliance Career Assignment Program (ECCAP) at HQUSACE.

The official announcement is attached. Mr. Drossart will serve the first term (February - July 2025) and Ms. Watson will serve the second term (July - December 2025), both performing an important role to the HQ team. This program provides an excellent opportunity for future leaders to gain valuable experience and insight into the dynamic and closely interrelated USACE Environmental Compliance Programs at the national level.
