ERGO (Environmental Compliance) Cycle VIII Policy Memo
Please find enclosed the Policy Update Memo for Environmental Compliance Assessment Cycle VIII, signed by Mr. Stephen L. Hill, Director of Operations and Regulatory on 19 FEB 2025.

Please take note of our continued efforts to meet the goal of correcting 75% of prior-year findings, and the ongoing emphasis to build FY27 work packages to fund corrective measures. Enclosure 2 provides additional information to facilitate coordination between field ECCs and BLMs, as appropriate. Efforts will also continue throughout FY25 and beyond to develop a hybrid approach to ECC training, to include a variety of online environmental compliance training modules combined with regional in-person offerings for interactive discussion of case studies and field visits.
