FY24 USACE Day Use Fee-Free Days
This memo officially establishes fee-free days in calendar year 2024 for the USACE user fee program. This initiative was first instituted on Veteran's Day 2006 with the intent to support and honor the men and women who have served the Nation in the armed services. Including the recurring Veterans Day and National Public Lands Day, USACE will recognize the following five days as the FY24 Day Use Fee Free dates.

Calendar Year 2024 Fee Free Dates:

  • Martin Luther King, Jr's Birthday: 15 January 2024.
  • The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer's Birthday: 16 June 2024.
  • Juneteenth National Independence Day: 19 June 2024.
  • National Public Lands Day: 28 September 2024.
  • Veteran's Day: 11 November 2024.

Separate public news releases will be distributed from HQ PAO for each date. For questions, please contact Ryan Hartwig at Ryan.D.Hartwig@usace.army.mil or Jason Owen at Jason.W.Owen@usace.army.mil.
