NOTICE: Bipartisan Infrastructure Law - Project Signage Specification Change
It came to our attention from Office of Counsel that the current wording in the policy enclosure for BIL signs does NOT align with the Controller Alert. Specifically, we are not able to use our normal construction sign specifications of “Sponsored by” on the sign. We are required to change the wording from "Sponsored by" to either: "Funded by" or "Project Funded by" before the use of the White House/BIL emblem. Please see attached revised enclosure to the previous memo sent on Monday for the corrected template. I have included a second attachment as an example.
