Natural Resources Management (NRM) Uniform Program Status Update
FY22 Uniform Ordering will not be shut down 30 September and can be continued for FY22 allotment ordering or for new added staff members through end of the calendar year. The FY23 NPS contract has been approved and funded and we will transition to the new contract in early 2023.

We have worked with the National Park Service and the contractor to modify the current uniform contract. Employees who are authorized to wear the USACE Natural Resources Management (NRM) Uniform, under ER/EP 1130-2-550, Chapter 8, "Uniforms for NRM Program Staff," can still place their 2022 uniform orders through the remainder of the calendar year. New staff members can be added and their 2022 purchases can be made through the calendar year as well. New accounts from here thru the end of the year will have to now (after first of October) be set up via the Division Uniform Committee member working directly with Customer Service.

For FY23, a new five-year multiagency uniform contract (consisting of eight agencies) was awarded last Friday. The new IDIQ Contract through September 2027 was awarded to Workwear Outfitters LLC under the Image Authority brand (formally VF Imagewear). Under the new contract, new items will be wear-tested with the intention of adopting new materials and improved fit and comfort. Many of the uniform comments that we have been receiving from the annual park ranger survey regarding new materials and proper function and fit are being addressed. Expected start time for the FY23 contract is early 2023.

As a reminder, shipping address cannot be changed nor can shipments be made to private residences per contract requirements. If you are having difficulty gaining access, please contact VF Customer Service center at 800-545-6591 and if it's a uniform authorization issue (or account number/password issue), please send an e-mail to your District Uniform Coordinator and your MSC/Division Uniform Committee member (committee member addresses are below) and they will address your situation. Some new employees may not yet have an account number and password. Lost or forgotten passwords may be obtained from your Division Uniform Committee member. Please remember these numbers are no longer being mailed to employees but are being provided to your Division Uniform Committee member.
