Natural Resource Management Employee of the Year: Mr Christopher Alford (NWW)
It's my honor to share with you that LTG Spellmon has selected Mr. Christopher Alford (NWW), Chief Natural Resources Management Section, as this year's NRM Employee of the Year. The Chief of Engineer's NRM Employee of the Year program recognizes outstanding achievements in the field of natural resources management exemplifying the Corps commitment to natural resources stewardship, environmental compliance, and recreation management, as well as demonstrated leadership and commitment to the Corps natural resources management community.

Other MSC nominees for the NRM Employee of the Year included: Nicole Govan (LRP), Lee Mitchell (MVS), Bill Donnellan (NAB), Christopher Purvis (SAM), Ryan Butler (SWT), and Morgan Barnes (SPK). All nominees are deserving of recognition for their contributions to the Natural Resource Management Program, the USACE, and the Nation. Thank you to everyone who participated in the nomination of these exceptional individuals for these awards.
