    2021 PLA Partnership Awards - Call for Entries is Now Open - Suspense 25 November
    Showcase Your Partnership Successes! The Public Lands Alliance Partnership Awards celebrate individuals, organizations, programs and more that embody leading edge achievements in the preservation of public lands and the enrichment of visitors. PLA is now accepting 2021 submissions now until November 25, 2020. Those who care deeply about public lands partnerships - including PLA member organizations, other nonprofit organizations, land management agency employees, corporate partners and individuals - may submit nominations to the 2021 Partnership Awards. Please note, due to the pandemic, they will be offering a condensed awards program this year, accepting nominations in three categories with no entry fees:

    • Agency Leadership: https://publiclandsalliance.submittable.com/submit/175702/2021-agency- leadership-award The Agency Leadership Award recognizes a public land management agency employee for outstanding accomplishments by championing, cultivating and leading partnerships.Nominees must be currently employed by a federal, state or county / municipal land management agency and should have a history of fostering partnerships between their agency and the nonprofit community. This award is meant to represent career achievement or a body of work rather than a short-term project.

    • Corporate Stewardship: https://publiclandsalliance.submittable.com/submit/175703/2021- corporate-stewardship-award The Corporate Stewardship Award recognizes a company that has demonstrated exceptional achievement to enhance the quality of the visitor experience in America’s public lands through a partnership with a nonprofit public lands partner. This impact may be accomplished through activities like product development, cause marketing and philanthropic support. Examples of nominees may include publishing partners, vendor partners and major corporate donors.

    • Public Lands Partner: https://publiclandsalliance.submittable.com/submit/175704/2021-public- lands-partner-award This award recognizes an exemplary partnership for a stunning achievement to protect and preserve our public lands and enhance the experiences of their visitors and users. The award is presented in tandem to both the nonprofit(s) and agency partner(s) for their shared achievements in the 2019 and/or 2020 calendar year.
