National Public Lands Day 2004
Attached is a memorandum from LTG Robert B. Flowers, announcing National Public Lands Day 2004. The event sponsor, the National Environmental Education & Training Foundation (NEETF), is currently accepting applications for this year's event which will be conducted nationwide on 18 September 2004.

Please submit your Application/Site Registration forms directly to NEETF. Currently, we have 40 Corps sites registered and we hope to top last year's record of 86 sites - so that the Corps will remain the number one agency in National Public Lands Day!
