NRM CAP Selection Announcement 2020
I'm pleased announce that Mr. Matthew Palmer of the Louisville District and Mr. Reece Nelson of the Omaha District, have been selected for the Natural Resources Management (NRM) Career Assignment Program (CAP) at HQ USACE. Attached is the official announcement signed by Mr. Thomas P. Smith, Chief of Operations and Regulatory Division. Mr. Palmer will serve the first term (February - July 2020) and Mr. Nelson will serve the second term (July - December 2020), both performing an important role for the NRM HQ team. This program provides an excellent opportunity for our future leaders to gain valuable experiences and insights into the NRM program at the national level. Please join me in congratulating Mr. Palmer and Mr. Nelson on their selection for this opportunity.
