R1S CATT Nomination Memo - Susoense 20 December 2019
With the evolution of the Rec-One-Stop (R1S) program, including a new contractor for Recreation.gov and the addition of Jason Owen as the new USACE R1S Program Manager (vice Greg Webb), I feel it is timely that we refresh the R1S Coach, Assist & Train Team (CATT). This team has served a vital function by providing assistance to Greg in ensuring the field received outstanding support regarding all aspects of the R1S program. Refreshing the CATT will provide Jason and the field the support needed to ensure we continue to deliver excellent customer service to those who use and rely on Recreation.gov.

The first attachment is the R1S CATT Charter that has been refreshed. The second attachment is a memo requesting nominations for CATT membership. Nominations are to be sent to Jason Owen, R1S Program Manager (cc'ed on this email), and are to be received NLT 20 Dec 2019.
