I am pleased to announce the eighth call for nominations under the Environmental Compliance and Sustainability Career Assignment Program (ECS-CAP) at HQUSACE for FY2020. The intent of this program is to provide your emerging leaders with demonstrated interest in the environmental and sustainability aspects of Corps missions an opportunity to serve at the national level in these closely aligned and rapidly evolving program areas.
