CAP Selection Announcement
I'm pleased announce that Mr. Brian Osberghaus of the Little Rock District has been selected as the Natural Resources Management (NRM) Career Assignment Program (CAP) at HQ USACE. Attached is the official announcement signed by Mr. Thomas P. Smith, Chief of Operations and Regulatory Division. Mr. Osberhaus will serve the first 6 month term of the 2019 CAP serving an important role to the NRM team. This program provides an excellent opportunity for our future leaders to gain valuable experiences and insights into the NRM program at the national level. Please join me in congratulating Mr. Osberghaus on his selection for this opportunity.

Please note that we are seeking nominations for the second term (July-December) until 15 January 2019 following guidelines outlined in the 24 September 2018 memorandum requesting nominations. I ask you to please actively recruit talent for this exceptional opportunity each year. The experience and knowledge obtained will result in significant career building opportunities for the selected team members.
