Request for Nominations - Environmental Compliance & Sustainability Career Assignment Program (ECS-CAP) Suspense 10 Nov 2017
I am pleased to announce the sixth call for nominations under the Environmental Compliance and Sustainability Career Assignment Program (ECS-CAP) at HQUSACE for FY18. Details and instructions are attached and the deadline for submitting nominations is 10 Nov 2017.

The intent of this program is to provide your emerging leaders with demonstrated interest in the environmental and sustainability aspects of Corps missions an opportunity to serve at the national level in these closely aligned and rapidly evolving program areas.

Our CAP assignees become fully embedded members of our HQ teams and not only engage at every level of USACE, often have opportunity to represent USACE in Department of Army, interagency and White House level meetings in support of our Sustainability Program. Every one of our CAP assignees has made a direct and lasting impact on our USACE sustainability program, and each one returns to his/her organization with new insight and applicable skills.

I appreciate your ensuring the widest distribution of the attached memo and your support of nominations to this program.

Please direct any questions to the HQUSACE POCs, John Coho (202-761-4722) or Marti Sedgwick (202-761-1936).

    VR, Karen

    Karen J. Baker
