2016 National Water Safety Photo Contest Winners Announcement
It is my pleasure to announce the winners of the 2016 National Water Safety Photo Contest. Thanks to everyone who entered the 2016 National Water Safety Photo Contest and congratulations to the winners! Attached are the winning photos.

First place winners are Romanda Walker (MVS), Jess Varner (SAM), Michelle Briggs (LRE), Amber Tilton (NWP), Billie Johnson (NWP), and Rachel Garren (NOC). Second place winners are Carmen Paris (LRE), Sarah Peace (LRN), Rachel Garren (NOC), and Amber Tilton (NWP). Honorable Mention Winners are Jennifer Cutillo (NWP), Galen Licht (SPN), Carmen Paris (LRE), Michelle Briggs (LRE), Carol Taylor (SAM), Susan Cromer (SAM), and Billie Johnson (NWP). Winners were announced at the recent NRM Workshop in Norman, Oklahoma. Each winner received a personalized recognition certificate from the National Operations Center for Water Safety and will receive items to supplement their local water safety education program.
