Park Ranger Safety Survey, Suspense: 12 January 2017
Attached is a memorandum announcing the new U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Park Ranger Safety Survey that has been prepared to obtain feedback from the park ranger community on an annual basis regarding employee safety and operational concerns within the Natural Resources Management (NRM) program.

Please provide this memorandum to your Operations Project Managers for distribution to all Park Rangers and Natural Resource Specialists who work under the NRM program at your water resource development projects. The survey is open now through 12 January 2017, is available online at https://intranet.mvr.usace.a rmy.mil/rangerapp/ and should take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete.

This survey is the product of the Park Ranger CoP Advisory Board, whose goal is to focus on employee safety and security at USACE projects by obtaining employee input in a more timely and consistent basis in order to recommend program improvements and stay relevant in a changing environment.

Thanks for supporting this survey initiative!

    VR,

    Susan S. Whittington
Acting Chief, Operations and Regulatory Division and LRD/NAD RIT Leader
