Corps Foundation 2016 Enduring Service Volunteer Award Winners
I'm pleased to share another great program that has been developed by the Corps Foundation to recognize and reward our Corps volunteers! The Enduring Service Volunteer Award was established by the Foundation this year to honor long term service and outstanding accomplishments by individuals and families as volunteers at Corps of Engineers operated lakes and waterways.

Please see the attached article announcing this year's awardees: Bob Kendrick from Mark Twain Lake, and Pauline and Orville Nichols from Keystone Lake.

The award recipients received a plaque and recognition package consisting of a gift certificate and cash award sponsored by Bass Pro Shops.

Nominations for the 2017 awards will be accepted between January 15 and April 30, 2017. Go to www.CorpsFoundation.org in January for more information on how to nominate your most exceptional volunteers.

    Heather Burke
    National Partnership Program Manager
