Free Water Safety Banners and Vinyl Tailgate Wraps
The National Operations Center for Water Safety is partnering with The Corps Foundation to
provide free banners and pickup truck
tailgate vinyl wraps to promote the "Life Jackets Worn...Nobody Mourns" campaign.
Every USACE project is encouraged to submit a request. Complete the one-page request form, change the file
name to include your project's complete office symbol (e.g. CEXXX-XX-XX) and send the
completed request form to both Rachel Garren at jara15@charter.net and Pam Doty at
pamela.j.doty@usace.army.mil by November 18, 2016.
The instructions explain how to fill out the
request form, the timeline, and process for obtaining these free products. Your submittal will
be scored based on the information you provide, along with other OMBIL data and USACE
recreation information, to determine the number of tailgate wraps and banners you will receive.
Only one request form per USACE project is allowed.
These materials are funded by a
grant from the U.S. Coast Guard, Sport Fish Restoration and Boating Trust Fund, awarded to
the nonprofit Corps of Engineers Natural Resources Education Foundation, doing business as
The Corps Foundation.
Artwork for the vinyl tailgate wrap is attached and will be placed
on the National Water Safety Program website Blockedwww.PleaseWearIt.comBlocked.
