OMBIL Recreation Project Site Areas (PSA) - Process for requesting corrections/changes
Since winter 2011, projects have had five opportunities for Recreation Project Site Areas (PSAs) corrections, additions, deletions, and changes. Hopefully, this list is closer to being finalized and only minor changes should be needed in the future. To process any new changes/corrections, please see the attached PDF. This form should be utilized for all changes needed in the future. Justifications and signatures by project manager, District POC, and Division POCs is required and may be entered electronically. Minor changes such as managing agency, PSA subtype, primary state, and parent area may be processed quickly. Changes to the name or additions/deletions, require actions by our OMBIL contractor and should be submitted by March of each year in order to be completed for the following annual update period. Please remember that changes to OMBIL PSAs also impacts VERS and RecBEST and must be coordinated. This new process has been approved by the Division BLMS and Headquarters. If you have questions, please contact your OMBIL NRM Users Group
