OMB Approved Surveys - Annual Report
Reference paragraph 3 of the memorandum, an annual report of public surveys conducted in accordance with current OMB approval authority must be submitted to HQUSACE by 1 November of each year. A description of the information to be submitted is provided in the attached memorandum.

Please provide MSC consolidated reports to CECW-ON, Attention: Judy Rice, by 1 November 2001. Negative reports are required if no surveys were conducted during FY 01 and none are planned for FY 02.
