FY14 OMBIL - Recreation Data Review Corps Castle
The annual update for Recreation closed on October 31st for project input. For the November review process, please find attached 3 spreadsheets.

  • OMBIL Rec Annual Update Status - 392 out of 402 projects completed the annual update
  • OMBIL DATA for ERDC 11-4-2014 - this spreadsheet includes PSA facilities data and other information that is provided to ERDC to utilize in BEST/STATUS.
  • FY14 Recreation Expenditures - expenditures data broken down into baseline, MR&T, supplemental, recovery, and total. All expenditures data comes from a CEFMS data report provided to the OMBIL contractor.
  • OMBIL Review FY14 contains information on interpretive contacts, special events, law enforcement, etc.
  • Recreation revenues - contains Recreation Revenues by Project and another tab is by PSA. PSA revenues are only available for FY13 and FY14. There are several mismatches coming from the NRRS to the projects in OMBIL. Some of these are attributed to several projects having the same CWIS. Others seem to be CWIS numbers that cannot be aligned to any Recreation project. The OMBIL contractor will continue to work with the NRRS team in hopes of improving the mismatches.

These files are provided for project/district/division review purposes. Any discrepancies in the data, may be corrected in OMBIL in December when the database reopens.

Please share with the appropriate field folks so they are able to complete their review.

If you have questions, please call or email.

    Thanks,
    Dena
