Association of Partners for Public Lands is sponsoring a training course
The Association of Partners for Public Lands is sponsoring a training course for Corps employees who are either currently involved in managing joint efforts between nonprofits and the Corps or those who wish to be involved in these efforts. This is a significant training course that gets down to the nuts and bolts of how to make nonprofit organizations work effectively. It is planned as a 2-day pre-conference to the APPL convention in Charleston, SC. I highly recommend that all interested employees attend and take advantage of this opportunity for the training as well as the APPL convention. The registration form and information on the training and the APPL convention will follow. The purpose in sending out this announcement is to insure full awareness and to encourage attendance.
