Invasive Species Management in the Corps
The intent of this memorandum is to alert Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs) of the Corps Invasive Species Leadership Team (ISLT) and their focus to minimize the introduction and spread of invasive species on Corps projects. The enclosed Program Management Plan (PgMP) for the ISLT also provides the field with points of contact, a copy of the Corps 2009 Invasive Species Management Policy, and information on the establishment of a Invasive Species Management Community of Practice (CoP) to the Environmental CoP (E-CoP).
