Judy Rice answers some concerns from the Data Call - FY 01 Recreation Statistics

    1) Regarding "Total Recreation Use Fees Collected", please report the total collections through both CEFMS and the NRRS. Revenues collected through CEFMS are self-evident. Revenues collected through the NRRS are reported on the 17A report posted on the NRRS Business Center (See paragraph 3 below). Using that report, revenues are calculated by subtracting totals in Miscellaneous Revenues, Refunds and Defaulted Payments columns from the total in the Gross Revenue column. This is the same protocol we used for last year's data call.

    2) You may disregard the request for "Total Recreation Expenditures". Expenditure information through August 01 is now available on the OMBIL webite. It will be updated shortly to include complete information for FY 01.

    3) The 17A report is not available yet on the NRRS Business Center, although it should be shortly. At the moment, the 17A report is located on an FTP site, ftp://ftp.nwp.usace.army.mil/

Once you reach the ftp site, you may need to click on the subdirectory, ANONYMOUS. Then, you will need to click on "NRRS". Alternatively, your browser might take you to the ANONYMOUS subdirectly immediately when you click on the link above. In that case, you will click on "NRRS" from there.
