HQUSACE NRM Career Assignment Program (CAP) Selections for 2014
The attached memorandum announces the selection of Ms. Jill Davis, Park Ranger, Savannah District, J. Strom Thurmond Lake and Mr. Kelly Thomas, Natural Resource Manager, Portland District, The Dalles Lock & Dam as the next two participants for the Headquarters NRM Career Assignment Program for 2014. This program provides excellent opportunities for growth and development in the HQ environment. Both of these employees will benefit significantly from their time and duties here, and HQ will also benefit from their experience in the field as they interact on policy, budget, and program development.

Tours of duty will run generally from February to July 2014 for Ms. Davis and from July to December 2014 for Mr. Thomas.
