FY14 Natural Resources Management Uniform Ordering Delay on the Multi-Agency Uniform Contract
We have just been informed by the National Park Service that FY14 uniform ordering under the multi-agency uniform contract will be delayed for approximately 4-6 weeks.

Reason for the delay: The Department of the Interior's financial and contract management computer system will not be operational for the next few weeks due to a system shutdown that occurred at the end of FY13. As a result, NPS will be unable to obligate funds for the multi-agency uniform contract. A 4-6 week delay is anticipated before funds are in place to allow ordering to begin.

I will keep everyone updated on DOI's progress and will announce when the funds are obligated and the ordering system/website is back in operation.
