Guidance - Customer Comment Card System Optional for 2013
The recreation customer comment card survey program is now available for the 2013 recreation season.

Although the March 11, 2008 CECW-CO memorandum notes the survey as mandatory, Divisions and Districts have the choice of making this year's survey optional (voluntary). We are taking this action to give Divisions and Districts the flexibility to manage comment card efforts with other field efforts scheduled this summer to align traffic meter placement/documentation with PSA changes and meter "best practices". This is required to implement the VERS modernization program in early CY 2014.
