5. ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR - Mr. Garrett Wickham, Portland District, Northwestern Division.

I extend my congratulations to each winner and thank them for their contributions in making the Corps the premier Federal Recreational and Natural Resources Management Agency. Their achievements bring credit to the Corps, enhance our service to the American public for years to come and serve as an example for our NRM community to follow.
