Summer Event Information for ASA(CW) Suspense 3 April
Summer is coming quick and I know that many of our projects and even Districts have public events with partners, volunteers, etc. Many of these fit into and under the America's Great Outdoors umbrella. Great Outdoors month is June and I know projects have Great Outdoors events, but I know there are also important events in July and August.

The ASA(CW) is again looking for potential events that she could attend that exemplify the objectives of the AGO. You all sent in some for April, May, and a few for June. The ASA's office is now planning her summer schedule and would like a list of other possible events that she might attend.

This is not any kind of commitment that she would go there. She is particularly interested in high visibility events, but also will consider other types with good local representation and partnerships. Please do review your input with your Ops Chiefs, just so they are aware of what you are providing up to me

Allison Ross will be sending you a spreadsheet to fill in the information today: Location, Date, Type of Event, Number of Participants, Partners, Media, Regional or Local, and there may be one or two other items.

I am sorry for the short suspense, but she has scheduled a meeting for 5 April to go over this information. If she is interested in any of them, I will get back to you. This is just a first glance at types of events available to her.
