Aquatic Invasive Plant Management Workshop, Windsor, CT
Other Information: If your project has challenges with aquatic plants it’s a great opportunity to learn more about how and why USACE has managed these challenges for the last 125 plus years. USACE in conjunction with the University of Florida Center for Aquatic and Invasive Plants developed the course specifically for USACE staff to learn about invasive plants and best ways to management invasive plants. The workshop will offer sessions on how herbicides work, the registration process with EPA, how to plan aquatic plant herbicide treatments, and USACE specific items related to invasive plant management.
