Lake History
Factoid: Located in historic territory of the Comanche Indians, Proctor Lake offers a wide variety
of activities both on and off the water. Whether your ideal camping trip includes fishing
in one of Texas's hottest Hybrid Striper and Crappie lakes or sightseeing in the historic
areas that surround the lake, Proctor Lake has something for everyone.
