Directions: Located approximately 50 miles West of Indianapolis via US-36 W.

Factoid: Cecil M. Harden Lake, formerly known as Mansfield Lake and often referred to as "Raccoon Lake", is located within scenic Parke and Putnam counties in west central Indiana. The reservoir serves as one unit of the comprehensive plan for the Ohio River Basin to reduce flood stages downstream from the dam, primarily in the Big Raccoon Creek and Lower Wabash River watersheds. The lake offers an array of outdoor recreation including boating, fishing, camping, and picnicking while also benefiting fish and wildlife.
