Directions: Located in Jackson County's Flemming Park. From I-470 exit East on Woods Chapel Road.,
Bowlin Road., or 40 HWY.
Factoid: Blue Springs is a 720 acre lake located in Blue Springs and Lee's Summit Missouri. There are
6 picinic shelters, swimming beach, primitive bicking/hicking trails and marina. Blue
Springs is operated Jackson County Parks and Recreation. The Golden Age, Golden Access, or
America the Beautiful passess are not acepted. For camping reservations call (816) 503-4805,
for general park info. call (816) 503-4800.
NOTICE: Many states are discouraging or banning movement of firewood to control spread of the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB). Not bringing wood from home to your campsite and not taking unused wood you procure while camping home with you is recommended -- required in some states.
