Directions: From Tulsa, North on Hwy. 75 to Hwy 20, west to first light (Hwy 11), north to Barnsdall,
left on W Chestunut Ave to "T", left about 2 miles to Birch Lake.
Factoid: Birch Lake impounds about 1,137 acres of water on Birch Creek, a tributary of Bird Creek in
Osage County. Birch Cove offers 97 campsites, 2 large group camping shelters, private beach,
boat ramp, and large playground. Twin Cove Point has a swim beach, boat ramp, and 3 day use
shelters. The overlook offers some great views of the lake and Outlet Cove is open for
fishing below the dam.
