Directions and Factoids
Directions: From Evansville, IN take the Ohio River Scenic Byway/I69 East. Take Exit 5 onto IN 662/Ohio
River Scenic Byway. In approximately 4 miles turn right onto IN 66. Turn right onto Old
State Road 66. Newburgh Lock and Dam will be on the right.
Factoid: One of the projects essential in maintaining the Ohio River navigational channel. This area
is along the Lewis and Clark route. Day use area with playground, picnic areas and restroom
and access point for City of Newburgh multi-use trail.
