Directions & Lake History/Factoid
Directions: From Lawrence, travel 1 mile west on Clinton Parkway. Turn left to go across the dam or to
the Corps-managed parks. Turn right to go to our Corps Project Office or to KDWP's Clinton
State Park.
Factoid: Located close to beautiful and historic Lawrence and the University of Kansas, Clinton Lake
offers camping; boating; swimming; fishing; hunting; over 50 miles of hiking, equestrian and
mountain bike trails; two disc golf courses; an 18-hole golf course; a model airplane
airport; and the Clinton Lake Historical Society Museum.
