Visitor Centers: Survey Tools and Procedures for 2019-20

IMPORTANT:

1. 2019-2020 is OPTIONAL year.
2. Leftover cards should NOT be used; doing so will violate OMB information collection policy. Survey cards from previous years should be discarded.
3. Customization of new card images is required before printing. Download and follow the Printing Instructions properly to print the new image files for your 2019-20 comment card survey.

  Important Note: After June 30, 2019 you can still enter data collected as part of the 2018-19 survey of day-use and camping recreation areas by accessing the 2018-19 recreation area survey tools in the Procedures Archive and following the links to data entry.
