Q: I am in Planning Division, and currently I am working on a Recreation Mitigation Plan and Environmental Asessment for a Dam Safety project in southern California. The lake is managed by another Federal agency (USFS) and our dam safety modifications will significantly affect their recreation mission (short term and long term). My request to the community of practice: does anyone have a good precedent for this kind of collaborative agency experience? I welcome any feedback or resources, and specifically any USACE documentation (copy of a successful EA, especially one that is coordinated with USFS).
Thank you, HM
