In this newsletter we offer a snapshot glimpse into the Program Management Priorities and Philosophies (#3 on Page 8) that our HQ leadership expects the field to know and understand. As we continue to experience the ups and downs of the federal budget process, we MUST keep these concepts in mind as we carryout our mission.
