USACE NRM and OPM Conferences, 16-19 March, 2010

The theme of the conference is "Making a Difference on the Ground".

Registration will start on Monday (March 15, 2010) at 12:00 pm and stay open till 6:00 pm when we invite you to take part in our Ice Breaker with a presentation of The Deep Water Boys!! You can also register on Tuesday (March 16, 2010) prior to the beginning of General Session at 8:00 am. If you are only attending the OPM Conference, registration will be open on Thursday (March 11, 2010), from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Information on how to claim CEU credits will be available for you at the PSA registration desk, just ask for it.

The final agendas for the OPM and NRM conferences are posted on our webpage, as well as the presentations abstracts. Please visit http://www.team-psa.com/usace_nrm for more information. A copy of these documents will also be available in your welcome packet.

NRM Gateway used in Kabul, Afghanistan

Kevin Salvilla, O&M Program Manager, Kabul, Afghanistan has made use of the NRM Gateway during his assignment there. In this photo he is using MOA examples and guidance on the Gateway to assist with an MOA he was writing to start a transition of responsibilities from contractor to local Afghans. Kevin is scheduled to return to his permanent position as Park Manager at Barren River Lake, KY in the spring of 2010.
