Through the Aquatic Nuisance Species Research Program (ANSRP), ERDC researchers
and partners have worked to develop remote sensing based software tools to assist with
USACE water quality monitoring for inland waterbodies. The Natural Resources
Management CoP partnered with ERDC’s Environmental Laboratory Geospatial Data
Analysis Team to present a webinar on the recent development and availability of the
Harmful Algal Bloom (HAB) Explorer - Web Application Viewer (now available on uCOP),
the Arc GIS Pro Waterquality Toolbox (now available on the ERDC Knowledge Core), and
the open-source R-software package, waterquality (now available on GitHub).
