Signed September 30, 2021, this MOA between the U.S. Department of Agriculture,
Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services and USACE serves as the agreement
between our agencies for the provision of APHIS-WS goods and services to manage
damage caused by indigenous, non- native or feral vertebrates on USACE managed lands
and waters. APHIS-WS is the lead agency for wildlife damage management activities and
is uniquely experienced with large scale projects on public lands.
