Arc Collector is an ESRI based app that can be used to collect field data with a smart phone. It streamlines USACE field data collection and eliminates organizational barriers, allowing the data to be loaded onto Corps networks in real time. This webinar will describe the value of Arc Collector and discuss how regional biologists can customize this existing Arc Collector project to their specific needs. We will discuss how data that is collected with the Arc Collector app can be incorporated into the Early Detection and Distribution Mapping System (EDDMapS) Corps Module to help land managers make more informed invasive species management decisions. Both Arc Collector and EDDMapS provide field data collectors with the ability to easily summarize their data to meet OMBIL reporting requirements. Associated Documents or Presentations |
