Which Visitor Centers Should Participate In This Survey?
This 30 June 2004 Memorandum directs all Visitor Centers to conduct visitor satisfaction surveys. It is mandatory to administer the customer comment card system at Corps projects every three years. During other years, the comment card survey is optional.
