Which Visitor Centers Should Participate In This Survey?

This 30 June 2004 Memorandum directs all projects to conduct visitor satisfaction surveys.

The visitor center survey is mandatory at facilities identified as Visitor Centers in the visitor center self-classification exercise. The survey is optional for facilities that do not meet all of the criteria for classification as a Visitor Center.

Projects having more than one facility classified as a Visitor Center are required to sample only one of them, but are encouraged to survey others that may occur on the project.
