Annual Pass ORDERS 2011
First: the annual pass month stickers we've all been waiting on have finally arrived at the Publications Depot. You can request these directly by contacting Antoinette Jones, Depot automation clerk, specifying the months you need to restock and provide her with your current shipping information. Because this component of the annual pass is not an accountable form, you do not need to order these through your district ACE-IT Records Management Office.

Second: to get a jump on the print run, I'm preparing to place the print order for the 2010 rec season (sticker will read 11) annual passes. We may, may, may actually get them in time for Christmas sales this year if all goes well. You should revisit your 2008 OMBIL report and verify that the 'needed for 2010' annual pass information is accurate. I will be pulling this list as final on July 1, 2009, so please try to accomplish this by that date to assure that your request is adequate for your current needs. It seems every year we always have a district or two realizing (too late) that they underestimated and/or forgot to adjust the figure before the print run. We will be restocking hangtags as well; the supply we printed last year was limited due to available funds.
